Information we collect
When you submit a form on this site (for example, to book a Discovery Flight or request a quote), we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and any details you include in your message. We may also collect standard technical information such as pages visited and general device/browser data through analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule flights and training, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate this website and our scheduling/communication tools, and only as needed to serve you.
Cookies & tracking
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — they remember your session, your motion preference, and whether you have already dismissed a banner. Analytics cookies count visits and show us which pages people read, in aggregate, so we can improve the site. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you, and we do not sell the data they produce.
You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site remains usable without the optional ones. We also honour your browser's "Do Not Track" and reduced-motion signals where they are sent. Cookies are never used to collect or infer a phone number — the only way we obtain one is when you type it into a form yourself.
Communications
If you provide a phone number, we may call you about your inquiry. If you provide an email address, you can unsubscribe from non-essential email via the link in any message.
Text messaging & mobile information
We send text messages only to people who have given us permission to do so. Consent is collected through the optional checkboxes on our contact form, which are unchecked by default. Consent is never a condition of purchase, and you can decline and still hear from us by phone or email.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the text-message service.
Message frequency may vary. Message & data rates may apply. Text HELP for assistance or reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service. If a flight student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide their own phone number and consent on the student's behalf.
Data retention & security
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, and we use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect it.
Your rights and choices
You can, at any time and at no cost:
- Stop text messages. Reply STOP to any message from us. You are unsubscribed immediately and we send nothing further to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
- Stop emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any non-essential email, or ask us and we will remove you.
- Stop phone calls. Tell us on the call, or contact us using the details below.
- See what we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
- Correct or update it if anything is wrong or out of date.
- Have it deleted. We will erase what we are not required by law to keep.
- Withdraw consent you previously gave, without affecting the training or service you receive from us.
